To view your support history, log in to My VMware and select the Support Contract History > Account option from the top menu. Any SU OR PC and user with permission Show all commands and support contracts can request a renewal offer in My VMware. For more information, please see Request for a Support Contract Renewal Offer in My VMware You must be listed as either Super User (SU) or De Procurement Contact (PC) to view the support contract and support contract history. You also need to make sure that you have selected the right account from the drop-down list at the top of the page. Ask your ER to add permission to your account to view all orders and support contracts if you need to view support contracts. The renewal credit is granted if you update a product before the initial support contract expires. In such cases, the unused portion of the original contract will be credited pro-rata and in days to the support contract accompanying your new product.
